How it works
AirconToCool is a matching service. You tell us about the aircon job, and we pass it to a partner aircon firm, which quotes and does the work.

1 You send an enquiry
Through the form on any page: the service, how many indoor units and what type, the property, the area, when you need it, and a phone or WhatsApp number. Add anything else that helps, such as what a unit is doing or when it was last serviced.

2 We read it and pass it on
The OurKampung team reads every enquiry, usually within one working day, and passes it to a partner aircon firm that handles that service and that kind of property. If something is unclear, we may contact you first.

3 The firm gives you a quick quote
The firm gets in touch to confirm the units and the job, and gives you its price. Servicing and washes can usually be priced from the number and type of units; a repair is priced once the fault is found.

4 You decide
There’s no obligation to go ahead. If you do, you book with the firm, and it does the work at a time that suits you.

R32 aircons and refrigerant handling
Many newer household aircons use R32, a refrigerant that is mildly flammable. The National Environment Agency (NEA) says that, to comply with SCDF’s requirements for handling R32 systems, service personnel should have completed a training course run by ITE: the Certificate of Competency in Residential Air-Conditioning System (Refrigerant). NEA publishes a list of technicians who have completed it on its refrigerants page.
The refrigerant is named on the label of the outdoor unit. If yours uses R32, you can ask the firm whether the technician coming has done the course before work starts.

An independent partner aircon firm. AirconToCool is a matching service: we don’t send anyone to your home or office ourselves.
Why don’t you show prices?
Because the price depends on the service, how many units there are, what type they are and how easy they are to reach. The partner firm gives you a quick quote once it knows those, rather than us publishing figures that might not match your job.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
Tell the firm first, since it did the work and is best placed to put it right.
Do you install new aircons?
Not through this site at the moment. It covers servicing, chemical washes, chemical overhauls, gas top-ups and repairs.
What happens to my details?
They go to the OurKampung team, who pass them to the partner who’ll quote for the job. They’re used only for your enquiry and aren’t sold. The privacy policy has the details.
